Licencia de manejo vigente.
Documento que garantice: Tarjeta de crédito con saldo disponible. No efectivo.
Conductores mayores de 21 años, edad máxima 70 años.
Dos horas de tolerancia en la entrega del vehículo.
Queda prohibido el cruce de la frontera sur de la República Mexicana.
En caso de requerir el cruce de la frontera Norte de la República Mexicana, consultar con el Departamento de Reservaciones al 01 800 700 1700 o 55 66 68 00 en la Ciudad de México.
En caso de requerir devolución del auto fuera del horario de oficina, deberá consultarlo con el Agente en mostrador.
IVA: El impuesto es del 15%. En Cabo San Lucas, Cancún, Ciudad Juárez, Cozumel, La Paz, Loreto, Matamoros, Mexicali, Nuevo Laredo, Playa del Carmen, Tijuana y San José del Cabo el impuesto es del 10%.
Cargos adicionales:
El auto se entrega con tanque lleno.
Se debe devolver el tanque lleno, de lo contrario se hará un cargo en base al costo por litro que se tenga en mostrador.
El auto se debe regresar en la misma ciudad donde se toma. No aplica cargo entre oficinas de la misma ciudad, a excepción de Cancún $ 15 dólares más IVA.
Si el auto se devuelve en otro estado, aplica cargo de Drop-off. Favor de indicar ciudad de devolución para obtener costo.
Deducible 0% (no incluye robos parciales)
Otorgamos dos horas de tolerancia para la devolución del auto.
En caso de que se exceda, las siguientes dos horas se cobrarán a tarifa de hora extra más seguro, más de cuatro horas se cobrará un día más de renta.
En caso de que el auto se tomé en cualquiera de nuestras oficinas en aeropuertos de la República Mexicana aplicará un cargo del 12% sobre tarifa base y seguros. En caso de requerir servicio de chofer, consultar en qué ciudades aplica llamando al Departamento de Reservaciones (01 800 700 1700 o 55 66 68 00 en la Ciudad de México).

Seguro
El seguro básico tiene cobertura por colisión, robo total, daños a terceros y 10% de deducible para todos los vehículos.
El costo es de $270.00 pesos por día.
Contamos con seguro deducible "0" que da un 100% de protección en caso de pérdida total.
El costo de deducible "0" es de $200.00 por día.
Para aplicar los beneficios de los seguros mencionados, es indispensable llamar a la compañía aseguradora en caso de que ocurra algún percance.
Ningún seguro protege por daños parciales.
